Businesses may use a yard facility for storage, trucks for hauling, a shop for repairs and maintenance, wash bays, tools and equipment; and may employ maintenance/handyman workers, drivers, and sales, office and administrative staff.

Underwriting Considerations:

Trailer rental businesses, that also manufacture the trailers, may require an additional classification in industry 25401. Businesses that provide catering services to industrial camps require an additional classification in industry 87505.
