Operation Details:

This industry also includes auction services which are primarily engaged in the auctioning of mobile equipment. These business may have their own auction facility which may include a repair shop and yard. Services can include cleaning, repair or painting of equipment to be auctioned. Auction services may also be conducted on site of the owner, consignor, etc. Businesses engaged in the auctioning of motor vehicles would be classified in industry 65600.

Businesses that specialize in structural repair work on trailers, may be better described under Steel Fabrication, industry 30100. Employers who sell new and/or used trucks and provide servicing are classified as Auto Dealers in industry 65600. Employers that sell farm implements are classified in industry 62200.
